Unless I wind up drawing half a dozen strips of that thing floating in space, it’s going to take a lot fewer strips in this part of the chapter for everyone to reunite at the picnic. That probably won’t happen, though.

This is officially my favorite strip, solely because you can do the thing with the last panel where you reverse the direction that it’s spinning
See I did that for a while, and then it started oscillating.

It took me a while looking at it before I remembered which way I meant for it to spin (though I’ll never tell).
until you pointed that out I saw it spinning counter clock wise.
Hah neat, it looked to me like it was going clockwise until I read Ironpumpkin’s comment and tried to magic-eye it myself.
I think this makes us part of two different factions, destined to fight to the death. Sorry.
This is the first I’ve managed to see something spinning like that and get it to go the other way. I had to realize that it was just two alternating frames, and then unfocus, and it reversed without my trying to get it to. Then it was stuck that way. Like, I know now how to get it to reverse, but I’m stuck seeing it like that afterward and become unsure about whether or not I can even get it to go back again. D: I did though.
