Don’t be alarmed if today’s comic looks a little different; this is the first one that I drew on bristol board and then scanned, instead of drawing it entirely on my tablet. The colors are still done the old fashioned way – with computers. I’m curious to see if this is going to stick, or if it’s going to be one of those passing fascinations, like halftones a while ago.
Dun dun duuun.
i vote passing fad
i dislike the new style
by the way, raccoons?
methinks you are taking a bit from another webcomic,,,
but it’s OK LOL
Wait, what’s this other webcomic full of raccoons?
I don’t see the resemblance, guy who named himself after this comic. Beeserker may be intrepid, but he’s certainly no girlbot.
On another note, black outlines on the pipes in the lab background feels wrong. I’m not sure why that is.
Ohhh, I had never read Intrepid Girlbot before – an incoming swarm of scavenging raccoons seemed like the logical consequence of having a big hole smashed through one’s building. I’m just glad that I didn’t make them orange now.
Orange looks like he’s going to bite the racoon’s head off
When do we get the Raccoonserker? They got a ready supply of raccons now!
I didn’t even get that connection to Girlbot. It’s a bit convoluted. Anyway, I like the new style, but prefer the old. Maybe I’m just more comfortable with the ways of old.
Hand drawn is the way to go. throw out your tablet!
i really can’t tell a difference
